I can't believe how horrible this volt office is! When you call, the people are rude and make it sound like you're inconveniencing them by calling. They seem like a completely uneducated staff of people that might be better off working at a gas station. They're HORRIBLE! They make you go through all sorts of stupid and time-wasting tests without even offering an interview at a real job. I can't even describe how rude the staff is! They took my contempt for staffing agencies to a new level. Fortunately there are some much better ones out there. STAY AWAY FROM VOLT!!!!!

Volt wants to conduct business verbally instead of using email and snail mail. They promise jobs and then send you out into a job where you are setup to fail. I emailed, phoned the for a job description. Before an interview, got the description, interviewed, double check the job description with the person. That job description was invalid, for the job I was applying for. So after a couple of weeks I was told that my assignment was over, I was notified late in the night I immediately asked for another job and guess what no job was available among all those promises. Of course this was verbal. No paper trail from Volt par for the course. Now they are trying to stop my un-insurance claim. They are using a bogus excuse. I talked to a employment person and he said at my un-insurance, will not stop.

After going to Volt and spending several hours taking tests. They never called, I constantly called them with no results. They were NOT helpful in my job search at all. I consider them a complete waste of time

I have been to those people twice. First time hopping for some job that would be long term but all they offer is one or two day jobs if that. They always ask for a test that lasts for 3hrs instead of just giving an interview and thier attitude is as though they cannot take time to help you out

I interviewed for a job through Volt in Detroit. I did not like the recruiter at all but....I needed a job. After the interview I could not get the guy to call me back or respond to email or anything. If I can at all help it, I'll never do any business with anyone from Volt.

she gets paid to interview you. they more interviews she has the bigger the commission. after they have you fill out the paper work they could care less if you find a job let alone help you to do it.

They don't return phone calls, nor do they do anything more than provide "opportunities" which are already being applied for by countless other applicants.
